These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and any purchases, commissions, or services provided by Cecilia Ramos LLC, doing business as Cecilia Ramos (“the Studio”). By accessing this site or engaging the Studio’s services, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS

All pieces are produced in limited quantities or as one-of-one works. Availability is subject to change.
Due to the handmade nature of the work and the use of natural gemstones, slight variations in finish, color, and inclusion are inherent and not considered defects.

PRICING

Pricing is provided upon request and confirmed at the time of order.
Quoted prices are valid for a limited period and may be adjusted prior to confirmation. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are the responsibility of the client.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom commissions require a non-refundable deposit to begin production. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.

COMMISSIONS

Commissioned pieces are developed in consultation with the client.

  • Design details and sizing must be approved in writing before production begins.
  • Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations after production has started are not eligible for refund.
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • Final pieces may vary slightly from sketches or renderings

The studio reserves the right to document commissioned work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

RETURNS

Due to the limited and bespoke nature of the work:

  • Commissions are non-refundable
  • Returns for ready-made pieces may be considered on a case-by-case basis within a 2 week timeframe of delivery of piece
  • Items must be returned in original condition

Specific return instructions will be provided upon request.

SHIPPING

Shipping timelines are estimates. All shipments are insured. Risk transfers to the purchaser once the item has been delivered to the carrier.
The studio is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or incorrect shipping information provided by the client.

CARE & REPAIRS

A limited one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Normal wear, accidental damage, or third-party repairs are not covered.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs and images remain the intellectual property of the Studio and may not be reproduced without written consent.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
